Guest Services

Prohibited Items
Containers, bottles, cans, and coolers (except for guests with medical or dietary needs). Backpacks, duffle bags (small purses, diaper bags accompanied with infant will be allowed ).  Strollers will be allowed but cannot obstruct an isle way and are subject to search at the gate.  Food.  Bikes.  Video cameras.  Umbrellas.  All weapons of any type.  Poles/sticks of any kind.  Objects that obstruct another patron’s view of the playing surface.  Horns, whistles, boom boxes and/or other noisemakers.  Any object that can be used as a missile.  Animals (except assistive animals for guests with disabilities).  Anything that creates a nuisance or disruption.

Prohibited Behavior
The following behavior will not be tolerated: Foul obscene, offensive, or abusive language or actions.  Public intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption.  Possession or use of illegal drugs.  Smoking.  Fighting and unruly or inconsiderate behavior.  Selling items, including tickets, on University grounds.  Interfering with the progress of the event, including throwing any object onto the field or going onto the playing surface.  Failing to follow the rules/instructions of stadium personnel.  Sitting in a location  other than the guest’s ticketed seat.  Indecent or obscene clothing or signs.  Destroying property.  Conduct that endangers participants or spectators.  Criminal trespass.

Champions Club
West Concourse – South End. Open to donors at the $250+ Level. Food & Beverages available. Game Viewable. Open until the end of half time.

Fan Central
Sales Information located at South Ticket Booth.

Aisle Traffic
All aisles should be clear for proper traffic flow.  Any object that is in the aisle needs to be removed, or placed in a designated location.

Alcohol Policy
No alcohol of any kind can be brought into UB Stadium.

There is an ATM on the west concourse near the stairwell. There is also an ATM located inside the main lobby of Alumni Arena, directly across the street from the stadium.

Bags, Backpacks, and Purses
No bags or backpacks can be brought in.  Small purses and diaper bags, accompanied with an infant, will be allowed. Every  guest with a bag that fits the requirements is subject to a baggage check.  All guests are also subject to a possible body pat down.

Banners, Posters, and Signs
Banners should be no more than three feet high and not obstruct the view of fans or UB Stadium signage.  Obscene language or speech is prohibited.

Camera Policy
Video cameras are NOT permitted inside UB Stadium while regular cameras are permitted. However, any resale of the photography for commercial or personal purpose is strictly prohibited.

Concessions and Merchandise
Concessions stands and carts are located throughout UB Stadium and on both grandstand concourses.  UB Campus Tees merchandise stands are located on the east and west concourses of the stadium. 

Credit Cards
UB accepts most major credit cards.  Ask the ticket salesperson or vendor for a list of credit cards that are accepted to complete your purchase.

Are located at the SOUTH end of both grandstands. 

Emergencies and Evacuation Procedures
UB is equipped with a lightning prediction system.  In case of severe weather or other circumstances which may necessitate evacuation, please follow directions of stadium personnel to the quickest exit. 

First Aid Station
The first aid room is located on the West Concourse of the South end (Room 203).  An ambulance is located in the Southeast corner of the stadium. 

Game Programs
Programs will be available at all concession and merchandise stands.

Lost and Found
If you have misplaced something or found something during the football game, please stop by the Guest Relations Booth (located on both the West and East Concourses). After the game all items will be turned over to the University lost and found. 716-645-2227.

Lost Children
Every child should be told to contact the nearest event staff personnel or University Police should he/she become lost.  Lost children will be taken to the South Ticket Booth. 

Medical Emergencies
In case of an emergency while at the university, please call 716-645-2222.  See First Aid Station section above.

Re-entry will not be permitted until ticket offices are closed.  Ticket office remains open until the start of the fourth quarter.  For those individuals that have a medical or other emergency, a hand stamp may be issued at the gate.  The individual must have their ticket in addition to the hand stamp to reenter UB Stadium and will be subject to a baggage check as they re-enter.

Men’s and women’s restrooms are located on the east and west concourses as well as the third level seating area.  Port-a-Johns are located behind the South Grandstand.

Will Call Window
General public and media Will Call is located at the South Gate Entrance.  The visiting team will call is located at the North gate- near the scoreboard. Tickets left in will call can start to be picked up 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

Family Zones
Check out the Tim Horton's KidZone Activity area located in the Northwest Concourse.

Features include:

  • Be A Bull - kids put on UB football gear, take photos, tweet to @UBAthletics
  • Air brush tattoos and balloon animals
  • Jr. Bulls Kids Club signup table

Are located throughout UB Stadium and are clearly identified with their yellow “Event Staff” jackets. Ushers can assist with seat location and companion seat set-up.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited at UB Stadium.

The selling or solicitation of any item by anyone other than university-authorized personnel in and around UB Stadium including parking lots is prohibited.
