Senior forward Brittany Morrison averaged a double-double on the week with 10.0 points and 11.0 rebounds per game. Morrison had a huge game against Bowling Green on Wednesday as she scored 14 points and pulled down 14 rebounds, including 10 on the offensive glass. Morrison’s 10 offensive rebounds was three more than the Falcons had as a team. At Kent State, Morrison had 6 points, 8 rebounds and two steals in 23 minutes of action. The North Ridgeville, OH native is having a career year for the Bulls this season, appearing in all 29 games while averaging a career-best 6.5 points and 5.8 rebounds per game and making 78.7% of her free throw attempts.

Brett Perry              

Brett Perry won the 197-lb. title at the Mid-American Conference Championships over the weekend. The redshirt-senior, a three-seed in the tournament, opened with a 17-6 major decision over Ohio’s Derek Hillman to advance to the semifinals. In the semifinals, he upset second-ranked Christian Dulaney of SIU-Edwardsville, 8-3. In the finals, Perry earned a 6-3 decision over fourth-seeded Tim Young of Old Dominion to win his first MAC title. Perry also qualified for the NCAAs for the first time in his career.
