Description

BodyCombat An empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
BodyPump This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.
Body Sculpt/Boot Camp All total-body workouts consisting of a warm-up, stretch and training segment, utilizing a variety of methods to increase strength and endurance, like stability balls, resistance bands, free weights, and your own body weight! Classes vary with circuits, and more traditional reps/sets styles.
Core Fusion Pilates mixed with weights and balance exercises for a great core and full-body workout!
Cycling A high energy class that is centered on achieving an anaerobic workout. A variety of jumps, climbs, sprints and hills will be utilized to get your heart rate elevated and make you break a sweat! This class is set to energetic music to make it fun and motivating.
HIIT High Intensity Interval Training. This class is designed to get maximum results in a minimum amount of time. Exercises will include both cardio and strength for a complete workout from head to toe.
Pilates This mat class targets the core, legs, glutes, and back for long, lean muscles.  This class will build strength and endurance.
Pound! The world’s first cardio jam session, inspired by the energizing, infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.  Literally DRUM your way to better fitness!
Power Yoga This faster paced yoga class will dig deeper into the muscles to build strength and endurance through the flowing of poses.
SGX Based off Spartan Races, you will crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, pull, push, run, sprint and squat - just the way your body has been designed.
Sprint LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. The short duration of a LES MILLS SPRINT workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits.
UB Barre This ballet based class will help you to sculpt and tone using traditional barre techniques as well as burning those core muscles.  This class takes micro movements to the next level for the ultimate physique changer. 
Yoga Releasing stress and fatigue from your body, clearing the mind, restoring balance and increasing energy and stamina. You will learn simple breathing techniques, yoga postures, positive affirmation and easy relaxation/meditation routines you can take home and practice privately, as well. Wear comfortable clothing, we practice in bare feet or socks.
Zumba Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you're getting fit and your energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.
