Purchasing Sessions:  Patrons can purchase Personal Training Sessions at Member Services (175 Alumni Arena or 113 Clark Hall). Consultation payment or session packages must be made in full prior to your first meeting with a trainer.

 **ALL initial Personal Training Sessions will require a Consultation/Fitness Assessment.**

This is a one-time requirement when you begin your fitness program. It will not be required again unless you are injured, have an adverse health incident or take off from personal training sessions for longer than 2 months.

Fitness Program Set-Up

Includes:

  • Consultation/Fitness Assessment
  • Assessment (Day 1 & Day 90)
  • 3-month Workout Program
  • Walk through each workout format (upper body, cardio, lower body, etc.)
  • Trainer available via email/phone to address questions or concerns regarding the workout
  • Trainer available to make adjustments/modifications to the workout (within first 2 weeks)
