Cady Oster to Participate in NFL’s Annual Women’s Careers in Football Forum

INDIANAPOLIS – University at Buffalo Director of Football Recruiting Operations Cady Oster will participate in the National Football League's Women's Careers in Football Forum held at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis. The forum is part of the NFL's ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Oster is in her second season as Buffalo's director of football recruiting. A graduate of Radford, she came to UB from Illinois where she was a graduate assistant with recruiting responsibilities.

The Forum will connect 40 female participants currently working in college football with leaders in professional and collegiate football. The goal of the Forum is to support the development of a talent pipeline by connecting high-potential women to career opportunities in football. Over the course of the two-day event, participants will network with hiring managers and football decision-makers and learn from experts at all levels of the game on how to further their careers in football.

Over the past two years, 19 women have earned 26 employment opportunities with nine NFL clubs (ATL, BAL, BUF, CAR, MIN, NYJ, PIT, SF, TB), six colleges/universities, and three AAF Teams. For more information, please click here.
