BUFFALO, NY - The Bulls will look to close out 2013 on a positive note Sunday afternoon as they face Drexel at the Daskalakis Athletic Center. Both teams are coming off victories in their last game prior to Christmas break.
The Bulls defeated Binghamton 87-57 on Monday afternoon behind 25 points and 14 rebounds from Javon McCrea. The Bulls had a season-high 21 assists and a season-low seven turnovers in the game.
Drexel is 8-3 on the season, but two of its losses are against nationally-ranked opponents, including #1 Arizona. Drexel has played in back-to-back 3OT games this year. Drexel is led by Chris Fouch, who is averaging 17.7 points per game.
Buffalo leads the all-time series 1-0, having won the only contest in 2005 in the opening round of the NIT.
