Three Bulls are Victorious at the Akron Zips Invitational

AKRON, OHAmy Villarini, Mitchell Moore and Christopher Nowak all posted wins at the Akron Zips Invitational on Friday night. Villarini won the women's 400m with a time of 56.65. Moore won the men's 400m with a time of 48.02 - a time that ranks fifth in the MAC. Finally, Chris Nowak won the men's 800m with a season-best time of 1:53.24 and his time ranked fifth in the MAC.

The meet served as a tune-up for in preperation for next week's MAC Championships.

Selina Von Jackowski finished 5th in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.50 - hitting the MAC auto qualifying mark and tying her personal best
Juliana Basla finished 5th in the 800m with a season-best time of 2:22.36
Samantha Hjelmar finished 2nd in the high jump with a jump of 5-02.25
Nina Zesky finished 3rd in the high jump with a jump of 5-02.25
Samantha Spinella finished 3rd in the long jump with a season-best jump of 17-02.25
Crystal Henderson finished 4th in the long jump with season-best jump of 17-00.50
Hannah Roof finished 6th in the pole vault with a season-best mark of 11-07.25
