BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo women's tennis team continues their road swing through the Mid-American Conference this weekend with league tilts at Ball State on Friday afternoon and Northern Illinois on Sunday afternoon.
The Bulls are 13-4 on the season and 2-1 in league action as they are coming off a 5-2 road victory at Western Michigan last weekend.
UB is currently in a four-way log jam for second place in the MAC at 2-1 with Akron, Toledo, and Western Michigan. Miami currently leads the league with a 3-1 record, including a victory over the Bulls.
The Bulls head to Ball State on Friday at1:00 pm. The Cardinals are also 13-4 on the season and 2-2 in league play with wins over Toledo and Bowling Green.
On Sunday, UB will move on to DeKalb, IL to face Northern Illinois at 2:00 pm ET. The Huskies are 5-12 on the year and 0-4 in league play entering their match on Friday at Akron.
The Bulls have just four regular season matches left beginning with this weekend, including just one more at home next Friday against Akron.
Buffalo will be the host of the 2019 Mid-American Conference championships from April 26-28. The top two seeds will receive a bye to the semifinals on Saturday afternoon.
