
UPDATE: Nan Harvey Classic Cancelled

UPDATE: The entire weekend has been cancelled due to rain and unplayable field conditions.
BUFFALO, NY - After playing four games last weekend at Youngstown State, the University at Buffalo softball team will remain in Western New York this weekend, playing in the Nan Harvey Fall Classic at the Audubon Complex behind the Northtown Center across the street from campus. The Bulls will play each of the other Big Four teams in a round robin format over the weekend.
The Bulls will open competition this Saturday when they face Niagara at 11:30 am, followed by a contest against Canisius at 2:00 pm. Action will continue on Sunday as the Bulls will face St. Bonaventure at 11:30 am. A championship and consolation game will take place on Sunday afternoon at 2:00 pm.
The tournament, which is put on by Canisius College, is named after former UB coach and administrator, Nan Harvey.
