Bulls Dominate Kent State on Senior Night

The Bulls jumped out to 26-0 halftime lead and never looked back.
Quarterback C.J. Ogbonna, playing in his final game at UB Stadium, threw for 193 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for 51 yards and two more scores to pace the offense.
Running back Al-Jay Henderson had his best game as a Bull, rushing for a career-high 185 yards and a touchdown.
Wide receiver Victor Snow also had a career night with eight catches for 99 yards – both career highs. He had an 18-yard touchdown reception in the second quarter.
Honored prior to the game, seniors Tadd Barr and Javien Cuff both caught their first career touchdown passes. Barr caught a 39-yard TD pass in the first quarter and Cuff added a 24-yard touchdown reception in the fourth quarter.
It was an outstanding performance by the defense as they racked up 13 tackles for loss and six sacks – both season highs.
Shaun Dolac once again led the defensive effort with 13 tackles, two tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks in the game. He finished the regular season with 159 tackles, the most ever by a UB player in the FBS era.
Dion Crawford, coming off a three-sack performance against Eastern Michigan last week, added two more sacks against Kent State. Kobe Stewart added to his MAC-leading sack total with a sack and 2.5 tackles for loss in the game.
All told, the Bulls held Kent State to just 208 yards of total offense.
Buffalo will now wait to see if it will earn a spot in the MAC Championship game. With an 8-4 record they are certain to be selected to play in a bowl game.
