Liebler Promoted to Assistant Director of Player Personnel and Scouting

BUFFALO, NY – University at Buffalo football head coach Pete Lembo announced the promotion of Tess Liebler to Assistant Director of Player Personnel and Scouting. She joined the staff prior to the 2025 season as a Player Personnel Assistant.
Liebler is a graduate of Texas A&M where she served as a player personnel intern for the Aggies football program.
An up-and-comer in the sport of football, Liebler participated in the 2025 NFL Women's Forum.
Liebler's promotion continues Lembo's trend of adding women to his staff.
Damaris Linker serves as Assistant Athletic Director for Football Operations; Megan Prunty is the team's Assistant Athletic Director for Equipment; Felicia Milsop is the team's Director of Nutrition and Assistant Director of Operations and Abbey Lipcsik is the team's Director of Creative Media.
