2012-13: Raced in all six cross country meetsas a freshman. Recorded her best 6K time of 22:35.0 at the PaulShort Invite. Finished 13th at the UB Stampede Invitational afterposting a time of 18:27.2 in the 5K race. Recorded a career-besttime of 10:10.45 in the indoor 3,000 meter run at the Spire MidwestOpen.
High School: Captained three seasons atClarence High School for coach John Hunt. Finished 30th in theClass A race of the 2012 New York State Cross CountryChampionships. Participated in 2012 state indoor and outdoor trackchampionships in the 3,000m and 4x800m relay.
Personal: Born February 9, 1994. Daughter ofKevin and Laurie McCadden. Has one brother (Brian) and one sister(Meagan). Favorite athletes include American distance runners KaraGoucher and Shalane Flanagan. Majoring in pre-pharmacy.
