Hoof Prints: Highly-rated prospect out of Michigan with a knack for making big plays…ranked the #23 player in Michigan by ESPN, and the #30 Blue Chip in Michigan by the Detroit News... his father Gary played at Pittsburgh...chose Buffalo for the coaches, the academics and the facilities.
Sophomore (2012): Did not play in any games... served as a member of the scout team.
Freshman (2011): Redshirted in his first season at Buffalo.
High School: First-team All-State, All-Detroit Metro and All-County selection after recording 58 tackles, 5.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and three pass breakups in his senior season…helped the Shamrocks of Detroit Central Catholic to a 9-3 record and a conference and district title…as a junior his team went 14-0 and won the Division I state title…also earned two letters in basketball.
