2025-26: The Lithuanian freshman appeared in eight games...Made his collegiate debut against RIT( 11/15)...At Canisius (11/29), he made his way on the court...Score his first collegiate points against Penn State-Behrend (12/22) in three minutes of action, finishing with three points and three rebounds...At South Alabama (2/7, he played 10 minutes where he grabbed one board...Saw time against Ball State (2/11) and Central Michigan (2/28)...Played a season-high 12 minutes at Toledo (3/6) finishing with three points and three rebounds...Played seven minutes in the MAC Tournament Quarterfinal against 2-seed Akron (3/12) where he finished with one board.
Prior to Buffalo: Buteliauskas attended DME Academy in Florida...prior to coming to the United States, he played in the FIBA U16 European Championships...Buteliauskas also represented Lithuania at the FIBA 2024 European U18 Championships where he appeared in seven games helping his country to wins over Finland, Germany and Sweden...He scored 28 points in the championships including a championship-best nine points against Spain.
