Bio
Hoof Prints: Defensive line prospect who should challenge for playing time in 2015... earned a black belt in Taekwondo... major is business administration.
Redshirt-Freshman (2014): Provided depth on the scout team.
Freshman (2013): Redshirted in his first season at Buffalo.
High School: While at Shawnee High School, Smekal led the district in sacks during the 2011 season. He was named the defensive MVP at Lauren’s First and Goal Camp and invited to the Semper Fidelis Combine, the first nationally televised high school combine.
