Fifth Year (2023 - 24):Β Named to both the indoor and outdoor Academic All-MAC teams...won a gold medal at the MAC Indoor Championships in the 5,000 meter run, finishing in 14:36.50...also brought home a bronze medal from MAC Indoor Championships in the 3,000 meter run (8:12.61)...earned First Team All-MAC honors for the indoor season...broke the all-time UB indoor record for the 5,000 meter at Boston University's Sharon Colyear Danville Season Opener with a time of 13:57.60, the first sub 14-minute 5,000 meter time in program history...also broke the all-time UB indoor record for the 3,000 meter with a time of 8:07.97 at Boston University's David Hemery Valentine Invitational...ran the second fastest indoor mile time in UB history at the Penn State National Open, finishing in 4:05.23...brought home two more medals at the MAC Outdoor Championships, taking a silver medal in the men's 10,000 meter with a time of 29:50.40, the fourth fastest time in UB outdoor history and a bronze medal in the outdoor 5,000 meter with a time of 14:42.87...earned Second Team All-MAC honors for the outdoor season...broke the all-time UB outdoor record in the 5,000 meter run at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 13:52.63, the only sub 14-minute outdoor 5,000 meter in program history...ran the fifth fastest outdoor 1,500 meter at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic (3:48.96), a personal record for the fifth year...ran on the Bulls' winning distance medley relay team at the Penn Relays, the nation's premiere outdoor meet...had a career best 800 meter time of 1:54.19 at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic.
Redshirt Senior (2022 - 23): Placed fifth at the MAC XC Championships, ran a personal best and school-record 8k time. Competed at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships.Β Ranks 10th All-Time for UB in the mile, 3rd in the indoor 3000m, 1st in the indoor 5000m, 4th in the outdoor 1500m, and 1st in the outdoor 5000m.
Redshirt Junior (2021 - 22): Set personal bests indoor in the Mile (4:21.19), placed 29th at the MAC XC Championships, Outdoor season set the 5k school record at the Penn Relays of 14:12.22, and personal bests in the 1500m, 800m (1:55.00), and 10,000m (31:05.92), #1 UB All-Time Outdoor 5000m.
Redshirt Sophomore (2019 - 20): Competed in 5 XC Meets, placed 48th at the MAC XC Championships.Β Indoor season ran personal bests of 4:29.58/mile and 15:22.71/5000m.Β 2020 - 2021:Β Placed 30th at the MAC XC Championships, ran personal best in the 5000m and 3000m during the indoor season.
Redshirt (2018 - 19)Β Competed in fourΒ meets for the Bulls. Ran a personal best of 25:52/8k XC at the MAC Championsihps placing 43rd.Β Redshirt Indoor and Outdoor seasons.
High School:Β Placed fifth in the 3200 meter (9:26) at the New York State Championships his senior year...Β set a 3,000 meter steeplechase school recordΒ with a time of 9:46.28.
