2008-09: Overall record of 12-19 at 125.... placed fourth at the MAC Championships... placed second at the NYS Intercollegiate Championships... competed at the UB Open, Body Bar Invitational and Reno Tournament of Champions... ranked third on the team in escapes (26), tied for second in falls (2) and tied for first in reversals (5).
2007-08: Went 12-19 overall at 125... placed second at the NYS Intercollegiate Championships.
2006-07: Ended the season with an 8-14 overall record... placed second at the NYS Intercollegiate Championships, defeating the fifth-ranked wrestler in Division III Mike McInally of RIT at 125 in the semifinals... ranked fifth on the team in escapes (14).
2005-06: Redshirted... 5-4 overall... sixth at the UB Open at 125.
High School: Earned five letters and was a two-year captain for coaches Bob and Paul Diekel at Whitehall High School... three-time state finalist and 2005 NYS Champion, going 36-0 as a senior to earn third All-State selection... competed at the club level for ATWA, was a three-time junior All-American and junior Greco-Roman National champion.
Personal: Born October 3, 1986... son of Norm and Kathy Bishop... has a brother, Nate and two sisters, April Parker and Timbre Bishop... has worked as a roofer... majoring in legal studies.
