2008-09: Redshirted... finished with an overall record of 11-6 at 125, including a five-bout win streak to finish the season leading to his first-place finish at the Jamestown CC Open ...finished in sixth at the Ashland Open... third-place finish in the “B” bracket of the NYS Intercollegiate Championships... also competed in the UB Open.
2007-08: Finished 8-10 overall and 3-4 dual meet record... won the “B” bracket title at the NYS Collegiate Championships at 125 defeating Army’s Lance Penhale in a tiebreaker for the title.
High School: Was a three-year team captain at Attica High School for head coach Bob Neamon... as a senior, posted an overall record of 40-6... collected 176 wins during his high school career... two-time All-American, three-time Section V champion and four-time league champion... placed fourth at 2004 NYS Championship... competed at the club level for Genesee Valley Wrestling Club... also played football for the Blue Devils.
Personal: Born September 21, 1989... son of Ron and Angela Dabolt... has two brothers, Kyler and Kolton... also recruited by Edinboro, Franklin and Marshall and Bucknell... favorite foods are pizza and wings... favorite TV show is Sons of Anarchy... dream as a college athlete is to become a national champion... would like to break the career wins record at UB... chose to attend UB because of the size and amazing campus and great wrestling program... majoring in history.
