Senior (2024-25): Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...ran a new personal record outdoor 5,000-meter time of 18:56.29 at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic...set a season best 3,000-meter time of 11:37.26 at the Akron Invite and a 5,000-meter season best time of 20:20.34 at the SPIRE Invite.
Junior (2023 - 24): Participated in both the indoor and outdoor season for the Bulls...set a collegiate best mile time of 5:24.92 at the SPIRE Indoor Games, a 3,000 meter best of 10:49.79 at the SPIRE Mid-West Games and a 5,000 meter best of 19:05.69 at the Akron Invite...had a season best outdoor 1,500 time of 5:09.45 at the Cardinal Classic...earned Academic All-MAC honors for the indoor season.
Sophomore (2022 - 23): Did not compete.
Freshman (2021 - 22): Competed in 5 XC Meets for the Bulls and 3 track & Field meets with a personal best in the 3000m of 11:28.82 and 1500m 5:27.53.
High School: Four-time sectional champion.
Personal: Parents Philip and Una Cowley...one sister, Georgia...chose UB because of the great program and the culture of the team...inspired by her Dad...favorite athlete is Molly Huddle because she is an Olympian who came from a small high school...favorite TV show to binge watch is Keeping Up With The Kardashians...can’t live without pasta...favorite pastime is sleeping.
